- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver your teas within 3-5 business days.
- For orders over £50, we offer free shipping.
- For orders under £50
- Royal Mail 1st Class 1-2 days
- Royal Mail 2nd Class 2-3 days
- DPD - Next Working day delivery (Mon to Fri only)
- We use trusted courier services to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your coffee, tea and chocolates.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Brew Mountain. If for any reason you are not happy with your teas, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. Here's what you need to know:

- If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the unopened teas within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
